My experience with Newtown Nutrition has been incredible. Amber has been amazing in helping me with my nutritional needs. It was fantastic to find a company that is so knowledgable and truly understands the dietary requirements of someone who not only has a plant based diet but also has an autoimmune disease. I went to a dietician for some tips on lowering cholesterol and am so surprised at how much I have learnt about food and eating. Dana has been amazing in helping transform my eating and most importantly lowering my cholesterol. Each fortnight small realistic changes were made to the way I eat. I'd easily recommend Dana and Newtown Nutrition for anyone who's on a plant based diet and is looking to make sure they're getting all of their nutrients.

Amber and Amy are amazing! Prior to seeing Amber, I had been on a plant based diet for 1 year and I had no idea what my body needed. With Ambers education/guidance I have been able to maintain my nutritional needs and goals. I also saw Amy, who helped clear up my IBS. I was diagnosed with type 2 diabetes in June. I started seeing Dana at Newtown Nutrition as I wanted to reverse my diagnosis with diet and exercise. She has helped immensely, with honest and factual information regarding healthy food choices, carb intake/exchanges, portion sizes, balancing fats, and what you need to put in, to get the best out. I've lost 10kg since we started, and my blood sugars are near normal. Highly recommended.

The Team at Newtown Nutrition are amazing! I worked with Dana on creating a plant based diet that targeted some of the nutrients I was missing out on. The practical tips along with the great knowledge base have made eating plant -based easy as well as nutritious. Cannot recommend Amy and the team highly enough. I had been experiencing symptoms of bad gut health for over a year without realising, and within a few consultations with Amy, we had gone through the FODMAP diet, and I feel like a new person.

I have been working with the NN team for about 8 months now and have been very happy. I see Amy regularly, who is amazing, but have also had appointments with other team members who have also been very good. It's easy to book an appointment and they offer good value packages.
