Services
We don't just put the needles in the sore spot and walk away. Your assessment involves pulse diagnosis, meridian examination, , muscle testing, and structural alignment. Your session may involve acupuncture, electro acupuncture, motor point acupuncture, cupping, moxa, Gua Sha and Chinese Massage. There are a lot of different techniques used to get excellent results.
Our hub is located on the Gold Coast in the lovely Currumbin area. We offer a naturally holistic approach to treatment involving acupuncture, herbs, diet and specific supplements. We help and support our clients thru IVF as well as those that wish to conceive naturally. We love using the acupuncture point Kidney 9 (the happy baby point) during pregnancy to help prevent miscarriage.
The Acupuncture Hub offer a great range of services that can help you relieve tormenting neck and shoulder pain. Neck pain is a common condition treated at our hub. Choosing the wrong treatment option for neck pain such as a heavy massage, can sometimes make the pain worse. This is because it can further inflame the neck.
Cosmetic Acupuncture or Facial Rejuvenation acupuncture has been practised for a thousand of years. It is gentle, relaxing and naturally restores the skin's lustre and vitality. Facial acupuncture aims to increase the circulation of blood and nutrients to the facial skin and neck area. The aim after 4 sessions is to tone, lift and firm areas that make you look worn and tired.
The pain can radiate to different areas and be worse for sitting or standing. Pain that feels like it goes into the buttocks or sacrum is usually worse for sitting and treatment involves balancing the hips. Pain which radiates down the hamstring also involves the hip flexor muscles and can be worse for standing.

After being a patient of Robin’s for a little over 3 months, I had fallen pregnant after struggling for months prior. I continued to see Robin throughout my pregnancy and believe the treatments helped me during all the different stages in each trimester. Robin not only helped me physically throughout that time but also emotionally. And 9 months on we had a happy, healthy baby boy!

I had an acupuncture treatment from Ryan and he helped with my lower back pain. After the success with my back I explained that I was also low in energy. I have had 3 treatments now and i am happy to say my mood and energy levels have greatly improved. The moxa and the heat lamp feel amazing! I highly recommend Ryan and his gentle style of acupuncture!

Ryan has been treating me for a few months now and I have noticed that my general health has improved as well as relief from pain, chronic PMS, and digestive issues. I highly recommend this style of acupuncture for its gentle, effective results. I have found Ryan to be a very professional, conscientious and passionate about his work. Although I was nervous about the treatment due to my fear of needles, I have been completely converted and look forward to every treatment. I haven't experienced any pain or discomfort during the treatment and leave feeling blissed-out and so relaxed.

I have been seeing Ryan for acupuncture for a while now and whatever the problem is I always feel so much better after his treatments. Ryan is very passionate about acupuncture which it's easy to notice on the way he treats. He explains things, he's gentle and gets results every time. Before seeing him I was scared of needles and he showed me acupuncture doesn't have to hurt at all!! I absolutely love it!
