One standout feature for me was their relationship management skills. I have worked with (and studied with) many engineers over several decades and commonly found that their relationship management skills could be improved.
I was not confident that a positive outcome would be achieved given what I believed were unrealistic demands from Council, however, JC Engineers continued to provide a considerable amount of quite complex supporting engineering data and maintained an extremely professional and very rational approach during the emails and phone conversations with Council, proving quite conclusively that they had satisfied all Councils requirements.

The real measure of a business is how they deal with problems. The problems that we encountered after engaging JC Engineers were met with significant delays, a demand for payment even though a suitable draft plan had not been provided, a decision not to deliver the service and then 62 business days to provide a refund that they agreed to.

Had Brendan come out today to our home for water damage from the storm In October to provide his professional opinion. What a lovely honest down to earth human he is. I have been a nervous wreck dealing with insurance companies and there trades people, Brendon has given me hope their are decent and honest people out there . Thankyou so much

What a breath of fresh air to deal with honest people. Brendan, the director came all the way to my home to give a professional opinion on our unapproved alteration that we wanted to get certified with his help and ended up giving us heaps of good advice and reassurance which is exactly what we needed. All of it free of charge and with a smile on his face. It is just lovely to see there are still some decent humans out there who aren't just in it for their personal gain.

J.C Engineers provided us with Structural review of a house alteration we were planning. We were promptly contacted over Email followed by phone conversation by Director Brendan. That was very nice as he could answer my questions.
Sinior Engineer Konstantin Popov designed the structural solution. He find the easiest and cost efficient solution. All my concerns were addressed and questions answered.
