Couldn't be happier.
After reading some of these negative reviews I was cautious about proceeding. However Basem quoted the best price so I decided to go ahead. He completed the work within the quoted time frame with good communication and nothing to be left desired in the quality of work.
I would recommend Basem at Structure Engineering and disregard these negative reviews.

The single worst contractor I have ever worked with! A real nightmarish interaction.
To list a few issues
1. Took additional money from credit card (theft)
2. Provided incomplete/ non-functional plans
3. Increased quoted inspection fees without notice (obviously aware we were stuck)
4. Refused to issue the appropriate certificate with no clear reasoning.
I tried giving Basem the benefit of the doubt in the early stages. But as time went on it became clear that he was deliberately deceitful and was truly taking advantage of us with no intent of ever fulfilling his obligations. I genuinely
