A sporting and social club with tennis and sailing activities, private access to the beach and the club's beach boxes, fully licensed club house and spectacular views across Port Phillip Bay, there is a little something for everyone to enjoy! Ranelagh Yacht Squadron welcomes aspiring sailors, kayakers, paddle boarders, swimmers, dolphin spotters, snorkelers, windsurfers, fishermen, safety boat drivers and beach lovers of all ages.

The Ranelagh Club offers members activities across a range of interest groups such as Social Golf Games, Walking Group, Book Club, Cycling, Tai Chi and Yoga. Something for everyone. Due to the location of the Ranelagh Club, it has become a popular venue for Weddings and Ceremonies. Stunning views over the bay lends itself to being an ideal venue.
Services
The Ranelagh Club is a little slice of paradise located in the Ranelagh Estate in Mt Eliza. With private access to the beach and club house, there is a little something for everyone at the club. We have six floodlit mod grass courts, professional coaching, social and competitive mid week and nightly tennis.
The Ranelagh Club has a long and prestigious history, with many significant Australian notables involved in its creation and activities. It formed part of the Ranelagh Estate, Mount Eliza, Victoria which consisted of approximately 280 acres running at right angles from the coast of Port Phillip Bay.
Today the Club has over 1700 members who enjoy social, sporting and family activities. The Club is the venue for a range of entertainment, social and networking events and private functions. Our membership is diverse, from young families and professionals, to retired couples. We have members who are very new to the Mornington Peninsula and many who are long-term local residents.
The Ranelagh Club is extremely proud to announce a formal commercial partnership with RT Edgar, Mount Eliza. For over one hundred years, RT Edgar has grown to become Melbourne's prestige property experts, proudly representing some of the finest homes in metropolitan and greater Victoria. The experienced Mount Eliza Team of Director, Vicki Sayers are all committed to delivering the best possible results for their clients.
The Ranelagh Club has been a focal point of the Mount Eliza Community for over 95 years. Over this time the Club has been involved with a number of Charitable and Community based organisations. The Ranelagh Club are proud sponsors of the Dolphin Research Institute and officially became Dolphin Spotters in 2013.
