My experience with Pulse Travel was excellent! Their travel agent Kaitlin Pfeffer was indispensable and the responses by her to my many phone calls and emails was courteous, pleasant and professional. She made me feel as a real valued customer. Also the prices quoted were better than other quotes we had received elsewhere. We are already planning our next trip and, of course, getting quotes from Pulse Travel. I have to say it’s fantastic to deal with the pulse travel team, I have done lots of domestic and international travel over the last 10 years in Australia, and sometimes at very short notice. Pulse have always gotten me the best possible options, they make it seam easy I would be totally lost without there personal service it’s second to non. My main contact is Lisa and on the occasional times she’s off I’m always looked after by any of the other team members.
