MP is one of the few remaining privately-owned travel management companies in Australia where the focus is on clients, not shareholders. When co-founders Kerri Primrose and Lynn Manuel established the company in 1989, the aim was to create a travel consultancy that combined proactive, personal service with cutting edge technology.
Since inception MP's unique approach to the management of the human element of our company distinguished us (and still does) from others. Working harmoniously and respectfully with colleagues, supplier and clients paved the way in creating a desirable work environment that has resulted in retaining some of the very best staff in Australia, with similar values and principles.

Service has always been the cornerstone of MP's success. We don't operate call centres - dedicated staff with direct telephone and email contacts are always provided. Our after-hours service is delivered by in-house (not outsourced) senior consulting staff.
