I’m a buyer and forever chasing him on a block of units he’s listed . I’ve put in an offer and I’ve given him a week to get back to me with the vendors response and again I’m following up .
He finally calls me back , grumpy as usual and it’s like getting blood out of a stone . I ask if the vendor has responded, can’t remember my name , however i just greeted his call back with my name and I say ‘what’s the outcome ‘ . He says he’s waiting??

Female "in charge" of Residential rentals is very rude, spoke down me, treated me like a low life tenant. Then asks family members to write glowing reviews on "property management" at Ian Ritchie Real Estate !!!! For goodness sake !!!
Ian Ritchie Real Estate was a top business in this town before she started working there some year's ago. I've known Ian for a long time professionally ,bought and sold properties through his business and it's sad to see such a long standing business go down like this.
I would've thought his Daughter would've sorted this person out to protect the business by now

The Executive apartment was very comfortable and stylish, with super comfy beds, and the washing machine was fantastic to have after 10 days on the road. Hayley was lovely, it would have been great to have the coffee machine, but it seemed mission impossible for some reason, just one of those things I guess. We’d recommend this apartment, it represented great value for money and was very convenient.

The apartment suited my needs for space and utilities and was nice and modern, however the kitchen splashback was dirty from the previous people who were there, with dishes still in the dishwasher. There was no WIFI which I brought to the businesses attention, but it was never rectified nor was I contacted again. I stayed 4 days with two young boys and having no wifi was very frustrating, I definitely would have stayed elsewhere if I had known this.

This was a fabulous house, with most of the necessary mod cons. The decor was amazing, and the comfort level really good. Only suggestion is to have more amenities in the bathrooms e.g. shower caddy, non-slip bath mat (for us oldies) and a portable fan for the third bedroom upstairs.
