Rented with them for a year, and they seemed fine, but when it came to us moving out they tried to get us to pay for things that weren't caused by us.
They gave us a CD at the start of our tennancy that had pictures of existing problems in the house, such as dents in the wall, etc., but when they did their final inspection after we had cleaned up and moved out of the house we received a message requesting that we pay to fix several problems that we had 'supposedly caused'. When we showed them the evidence of the pre-existing damage that they themselves had provided us, they begrudgingly agreed
