Pathetic service in the bakery, the older lady behind the counter barely acknowledged us and when we thanked her (twice) she ignored us and began chatting with another staff member. Not good enough you can do better! Maybe she needs some training in customer service! As locals it’s pretty disappointing, won’t be recommending that’s for sure

This was perhaps the worst experience I have ever had. It was like watching an episode of Faulty Towers. Unfortunately there isn’t enough space to list out everything that went wrong but a few examples include:
- Our dinner reservation wasn’t in the system and we were made to feel like it was our fault
- Empty bottles and beer cans littered the grass area outside the restaurant when we first arrived as they were hosting a lunch and clearly the staff hadn’t bothered to clean up when everyone went inside.
- The eye roll from the staff member when I asked at the bakery to have the sausage

I have never stayed in a hotel that has been more disappointing in my entire life. Even if you can’t be bothered to read the full review, just take away to look elsewhere for accommodation, this place is really not worth you money or valuable time.
Bells@Killcare promotes that it is a place to relax, unwind and enjoy, I can honestly say it did know of those three things. And for $850 per night, I feel it was on par of staying in a place that was $150 a night max. When you price your accommodation at this price range, it comes with an expectation and Bells is just living on what it once was,
