We are an NDIS Registered psychology and allied health practice located on the NSW Central Coast. We assist children, adolescents, teens, adults and families, including blended and foster families. We provide assessment, diagnosis, early intervention and ongoing therapy to assist children and families.
While we provide services to all children, adolescents and families, we are specially trained in the diagnosis and treatment of Autism Spectrum Disorders. We have particular expertise and specialised skills in positive behaviour support for the management of challenging behaviour in both the home and school environment and in the development of emotional regulation skills of children with Autism Spectrum Disorder.

Services
We understand that you are coming to us at a time of vulnerability and trusting us with what you value most - your child and family. To honour this trust, we have carefully selected a team of child and adolescent-focused psychologists who are fully registered, experienced and passionate about what they do.
You do not have to bring a referral from your GP, but if you do get a referral under the Better Access To Mental Health Scheme, Medicare may provide you with a rebate on the cost of your consultation. Our psychologists provide a comprehensive gold standard, evidence-based assessment for children and adolescents.
Central Coast Family Psychology takes a strengths-based, person-centred, holistic approach to care where the participant or their advocate is primary to any decisions being made. Will ensure that your care and support are managed with respect and consultation. Be polite and respect your views, opinions, personal circumstances and cultural diversity.
To access mental health treatment under Medicare you must be referred by your GP, a psychiatrist or a paediatrician. If a GP is the referring practitioner he or she will need to prepare a Mental Health Treatment Plan before referring you to a psychologist. You should book a longer session with your GP to enable time for this.
All new NDIS participants will be provided with a transition and assessment into service consult. Cancellation Fee: 100% of service fee as per NDIS guidelines if less than 48hrs notice unless appointment can be filled. Self-managed: you must pay at point of service and admin will issue you with a receipt for you to claim the funds back directly from the NDIS.
