We all feel down or "blue" from time to time or we might feel upset or disappointed occasionally. Anger is a perfectly normal emotion, but if it isn't expressed in healthy ways it can cause us to act aggressively and inappropriately, resulting in personal and work relationships being negatively affected.
Having completed my Psychology degree, I am now in my second year of the 2 year Clinical Masters program. I can provide a safe, non judgemental and collaborative environment where you can be heard. Although relatively new to Psychology, I bring a level of enthusiasm and an adherence to evidence based practice.
Looking for a forum to informally meet with peers and colleagues to discuss clinical and practice issues, in a supportive and confidential setting? If you work in private practice and would like to interact with colleagues to avoid the isolation that can come from private practice, then peer consultation would be helpful to you.
