Merrima Court Holiday Apartments provides a fine selection of cosy King Beach Caloundra apartment accommodation that suit your choice and lifestyle. Choose from 2 and 3 bedroom apartments with spacious lounge and dining areas and a balcony overlooking the Pacific Ocean. The main bedroom of our 3 bedroom apartments has private acccess to the balcony, an ensuite with shower and basin.
A security deposit is not required unless the booking is for schoolies. Normally a credit card imprint is taken and guests sign our reservation form, where-on they agree if they cause damage either in or on the property, their nominated credit card can be debited. Schoolies should contact management for conditions, prior to making a booking.

Recent stay here was atrocious. Room flooded with rain soaking my son's bed amongst other major issues and failures. Management whined about having to come back from dinner to fix the issue. I fully expect the manager will post on here and blame the client as he has for every other review but if you want a place that takes no responsiblity and no accountability for shoddy apartments and bad cleaning, this is your stop. Save your money stay in a backpackers, it will be cleaner and managed correctly.

Just arrived home after 5 fabulous nights staying here. We were in Unit 17 which is 2 bedrm with a stunning view on the balcony of the beach. Heaven. We were made welcome as soon as we arrived n anything we needed was done straight away with a phone call. The bed was very comfy n there was nothing we needed as everything 1 did need was supplied. The kitchen was fitted out with everything we needed 2 cook with n eat. N everything was so very clean,inside n out. We enjoyed the pool on afew afternoons. Thanku 2 Malcolm 4 making our time there memorable n happy. We will certainly return in 2021. N

Was the worst service I've ever experienced. Spent over $1000 on accommodation for a week and they provided two rolls of toilet paper and when I asked for more they charged me for that. And then after I checked out my card was charged without my permission and wasn't even contacted I had to contact them myself after seeing money taken out of my account. And his excuse was there was a dirty pot in the cupboard. NOTHING DAMAGED. have asked for him to send me the paper work signed and he is refusing to cooperate. Never staying here again
