Services
Swim in our year round heated pool or head to the beach at either Mooloolaba or Alex - both offering surf patrolled areas, a short walk along the beachfront from our resort. We are just 200m from Mooloolaba's boutique shopping, numerous cafes & coffee shops, award winning restaurants and the local supermarket.
SELF CATERING APARTMENTS - This means we provide cheaper, more affordable accommodation than a regular hotel. Linen is included but rooms are only serviced after 8 nights. We provide initial condiments but once exhausted, it will be your responsibility to restock them at your expense. All apartments are privately owned and therefore furnishings are all unique to that apartment.
These images will give you an INDICATION ONLY of the various types of apartments that we have at Bellardoo. These photos only show a small selection of our apartments. Therefore images may not necessarily reflect the apartment that you book. All apartments are privately owned and have different layouts with contrasting furnishings.
What's on in The Sunshine Coast. In addition to the regular year round attractions, the Sunshine Coast is also home to some of the countries most exciting events. With two of the biggest triathlons in the Australian calendar, the Mooloolaba (March) and Noosa Triathlons (Oct/Nov) are great sporting events that unite world class athletes and those who dream that they were.
Enjoy walks along the beach or on the pathways stretching from Mooloolaba to Maroochydore. For those with a vehicle, you can explore the surrounding Sunshine Coast and hinterland areas. Caloundra offers cafes & restaurants along the waterfront with nice areas to walk and a market on a Sunday morning.

Great location for a budget holiday apartment, It's not 5 star but for $105.00 a night it was pretty good value. The furnishings are extremely simple and probably a little out dated but that's simply me being picky. The kitchen had all the basic cookware. The bedrooms were big but the beds themselves are old and worn, also the bedding was old. There is a washing machine and dryer in unit.
The overall cleaning of the unit as I walked in was not very good I would only give it a 2 out of 5, but once I had given it a clean myself it wasn't too bad.
The management where friendly, but as the complex

Very poor performance the owner of this place should get out of the gig or get some customer service skills if he insists on putting himself at the front desk... It was the alike to trying to get through customs at the international where he couldnt deal with the fact that his guest was getting frustrated.
This guy really has no clue how to handle a reception desk! He was prompting all of the problems while i had to feed him the solutions - dude im paying you & i am tired how about you sort it out and let your guests rest easy... If you want professionalism and decent efficient service book somewhere

I booked a superior apartment with a spa but somehow the online booking system directed me to the not so superior apartment instead. Apparently I fell for it because it was clearly defined in the fine print of the booking confirmation. Yes after payment was processed. I also put in a special request about an extra parking bay. Never heard anything back.
But before that when I arrived the managers were on lunch and left a envelope with my key and some directions. I was already confused because I got into the car park and could not find my space. It was such a tiny parking area I was lucky to get

Not good.
No WiFi at all as advertised.
Beds like rocks.
Hot water in shower runs out after 5 minutes...note.. this is a 4 person unit.
Hair dryer conked out..started to smell like it was about to catch fire.
Light above mirror in only bathroom not working. Only other light was a very low wattage bulb...very dark little space. Manager tried to fix it without success...declined to get an electrician...said owners (who are electricians) would fix it next week.
Cheap and nasty.

Booked through wotif with a friend who did it through another website because we didnt want to lose the last 2 apartments left. I paid more than her and got an old crappy apartment while hers was a nicely done new apartment. I was totally disappointed with what i saw. The owners/managers are never around even in their office. They have cell phone contact but for emergencies only and half the time when you contact them they are not available. The blankets had hair strand in all of them ( black and blonde). Goes to show they hadn't been washed in ages. The little couch that we had in our apartment

Place is nice and renovated inside. Not suitable for elderly and parents with children as no lifts had to cart up everything 2 flights of stairs. No extra bin bags and no shampoo and conditioner and other toiletries. Just soap. No TV in bed rooms or at least main bedroom. 10 min walk to main street esplanade. Some things broken like blinds and no blinds On windows feels like people watching from other apartments. We stayed 3 nights and only offered half a toilet roll and was told to buy from Coles a block away if run out. Made to walk rubbish out to street bins otherwise a $50 fine in credit card

Very very poor management. The manager had a problem with extra people in the room and waited until 1.30am to do anything about it. He kicked us out of our unit at 2.00am by bashing on the door, turning off the power and threatening to call security. He had no complaint about noise or behaviour, just the number of people in the room. Totally rude and ridiculously over the top reaction with no attempt to communicate his concerns at a reasonable time or in an appropriate manner.
