Got hit with extra costs last minute. Terrible business.
They waited until the last day our materials were held at the port, to tell us there were additional costs that we would have to pay, and if payment was not made that day we would incur further holding charges at the port.
We selected this company looking for a 1 stop shop, and were shafted on the last day.
Would strongly suggest looking elsewhere.
