The best 3 star hotel I think I've stayed in. Great customer service, big rooms, buffet brekky and free parking. Plus that shouted me a coffee on their machine when I was up earlier than the local cafes. Big thumbs up.

You are not going to get better value anywhere in Perth for a hotel that provides very comfortable beds excepelary customer service with a nice buffett breakfast. Also free parking and hotel is maintained clean during the day. Only short stroll to major shops in Perth.

The decor is very Comfort Inn and dated. But the the room(s) are huge. Will come back again if we can get that size of an apartment. Desk staff was really helpful. Buffet breakfast was average, but with a bit of tweaking could be great

Good location not to long a walk to city centre. We had a few couples in different rooms and some rooms were very tired, having said that it was a good price and we were only there for 1 night.

Would only give it this because of the gentleman on reception when we arrived went out of his way to help, other than that it would be a big fat 0.
Carpets stained, lampshades stained, pleather furniture peeling. Rooms dusty and smelly. Tiny bathroom. Sliding doors onto balconies with no locks.
Pictures on booking.com don't match the room you'll get.
Would not recommend it to my worst enemy.

Very disappointed in my stay due to the cleaniness of our room. It felt as if the room was just given a surface clean. We slept on top of the blankets. The rooms are in need of refurbishment badly looks so old. Reception staff were very helpful and polite. Breakfast was ok presentation needs more work with the breakfast meal, dinning area needed a good clean. The gentleman clearing the breakfast dishes was absolutely polite and he needs to be mentioned and thanked. My partner and I have said we won't be going back unless the motel gets a well needed makeover.
