We walked into sales office today and were looking forward to have a view of the apartment display unit that was advertised. The sales office was empty at the time (no other customer) and we were approached by sales rep Zoey Lim.
We asked if we can view the display unit, however we were quickly turned down with the reason that we "can't view it now without an appointment". We asked if we can make an appointment but apparently it was not possible to make an appointment on the spot (even though the sales office is empty! There was another sales person in the back office).
