The dignity and support the beautiful vet show me when my old Labradors life had come to the end was beyond words. The love they have for the animals is beyond anything I have ever seen and the support all the staff offered was so loving and caring. Thankyou to everybody that was involved ❤❤🐕🐕

Keep getting sent bills and late fees for an account that was paid months ago. They finally address the bill to the right place 2 months later after being told over 10 times and now they want to get late fees from me because they couldn't get the details on the bill right! I have never had a good experience here and if it wasnt for their 24/7 service I would never take a pet here

Excellent care for my animals when I couldn't get appointment at Eureka Vets. I was under quite an amount of stress that day and found it difficult to cope with with being bypassed when I was 5 min. late for my appointment. However a new appointment time was organised for me, later in the day, and I felt confident that any injury my dog may have had would be analysed correctly and treated accordingly.

We had the unfortunate experience of saying goodbye to our 20 year old x racehorse this afternoon (Ike aka Lord Nova) His health had deteriorated in the last week so we put a call into Ballarat Equine Clinic… who have previously treated him, within a few hours Dr Kirsty Tyler arrived to check him out. I can’t thank Kirsty enough for her patience with us, her honest professional opinion of his prognosis and then giving us time to say goodbyes. Your kindness and care taken with our 10 year old made such a difference.

The best Vet practice in Ballarat!
Everyone here is professional, friendly, supportive, caring and thoughtful. They care about how these tiny creatures actually feel. I’m saying this because our kitten has got a terrible illness and we have seen almost every nurse and vet in the practice. They are all wonderful!
We could never make it through in this terrible battle without BVP’s consistent support. And none of us expected that our precious baby kitten is still with us.

A quick and thorough response from Dr Gregor Hepburn and Dr Wei-Yeh relating to the diagnosis of my 26yo Welshie's leg injury. Both are extremely knowledgeable in their field as are other vets I have had visit my property. Also a big thank you to all the reception staff who go out of their way to accomodate my horses needs when required.
