The staff at the Hepburn Veterinary Clinic are dedicated to helping you care for your animals! The clinic provides a number of services for both large and small animals and stocks a wide range of animal care products. Nikki 'The Clinic Cat' was rescued by Emma years ago and following the sad passing of Claude (our previous clinic cat) Emma decided to bring Nikki in to the clinic, where, without any prompting, she soon took over Claude's old position on the front counter.

Services
Consultations are run by appointment and may be required for a variety of reasons, including: routine health checks, dietary advice, vaccinations, microchipping, monitoring of specific diseases or conditions, discussions around behavioural issues, holistic geriatric care and a variety of reproductive services, including Canine Artificial Insemination (AI) as Emma has extensive experience in canine breeding issues.
Consultating hours are between 9 and 11am and between 3 and 6pm on Mondays, Tuesdays, Thursdays and Fridays. The hours between 11am and 3pm are blocked out for surgical procedures and large animal appointments on these days. Consultations run right through business hours on Wednesdays and Saturdays as no large procedures are undertaken on these half days.

Under difficult circumstances of social distancing, the staff conducted examination of animals inside with owners outside a window. Mark, the vet who saw my little dog was gentle and thorough with Cody, and honest and helpful with me. I felt satisfied and comforted by the whole experience. Thankyou.

Our local vet, Emma, is just a wonderful person and really does her best to find the right solution for all our doggie issues. We would not think to go anywhere else
She is so empathetic and relatable. When our old doggie could not go on anymore she came to our home for the final good bye it was so lovely of her.

Truly the best experience with a Vet to date .
Incredibly kind, I was given a considerable amount of time with helping my anxious dog , with tips to reduce his symptoms (mostly adapting my behaviours lol) and some natural remedies .
Very fair with costing as well ...definitely our new vet from this point forward ❣️🙏
