My order was lost in transit and I had no idea and there order got completely cancelled BUT Michelle (from customer service) literally saved me! She reordered and sent it out for same day delivery. She was so lovely and an amazing help. Also have never been disappointed with anything I've gotten from here :) Thank you Michelle!!!!

I've shopped with BB a lot mainly because they are one of the few that offer ZIP pay which is great for students. I have had a few issues with not receiving items that I'd paid for and they were super apologetic for the mishaps. After realising 1 of the missing items would be a tad smaller after trying on a similar product I'd received, they were fantastic by sending the size larger without me having to reorder.
I've read a lot of poor reviews that have happened a year and over ago and can say that their customer service has dramatically improved. I usually do bulk orders with having to return

I ordered a $90 playsuit from Beginning Boutique to wear whilst I was on holiday. Within a few hours of wear it ripped causing me quite a bit of embarrassment. I emailed customer care and they refused to refund me on the basis that I had worn it. I was unhappy to accept this because if it is faulty it is irrelevant whether or not I've worn it. As far as I'm concerned, it's reasonable to assume that a $90 item should last more than one wear. They told me that it was not a major fault and they’d only pay for me to get it repaired. They expected me to go and get it fixed when I’m on holiday regardless

This is the first time I have rated an online clothing company 5 stars. I first purchased from them around over a year ago, and then again this year.
I appreciate this company as they have excellent communication, on time delivery, a great return/refund policy, good quality clothing, will help you choose the correct size and personally have a look at the garments for you and all around just a good attitude towards customers.
And they are a Brisbane based company (from where I can see they ship from) it's also nice to know I'm supporting a local boutique rather then a large online retailer.

SHOCKING customer service.
Steer clear and try using a more MODERN business with a less rigid and less ridiculous returns service.
Going by the latest posts by others on here, I am not the only unsatisfied customer that wishes they hadn’t spent a single cent towards a totally unsympathetic and uncaring brand.
They really couldn’t give a flying f*** about customer satisfaction.
I stopped purchasing from here a couple of years ago when I realised how much more they were charging for the same item than other Australian clothing websites.
But after seeing a couple of seemingly unique dresses

I am very pleased with my online shopping experience. I gave my mother my account details so she could choose anything from my wishlist to buy as a gift for my birthday & she was able to order with ease. I checked my order history & noticed my mother got the wrong size dress, i called and the woman i spoke with in customer care credited my account & i was able to choose an alternate dress of the right size & it was shipped that same day & received 2 days later. I am very happy with my dress, i will continue to buy from Beginning Boutique 'especially if i get to receive the cute confirmation emails

My go to and favourite online fashion store by far! BB has always taken care of me and their clothes are beyond amazing. It feels like i'm shopping with my best friend! It is so easy to shop on the site and it is the cutest layout. Every product is in the best quality and super cute. I have loved seeing the online store grow and become bigger and better then ever! It's amazing and the staff are just lovely! oh and the packaging is just gorgeous!! I love getting the cute cards in my orders with cute messages. BB has been the one shop that I have felt that I have had a personal friendship with. BB

I have bought a ridiculous amount of things from Beginning Boutique - BB is literally the only online store I buy clothes from now, they are that awesome.
- They add new items three times a week, and their range is phenomenal (I'm a huge fan of their exclusive maxi skirts in particular).
- There are regular sales and there's a flash sale every week, which always has some super cheap stuff in it.
- Their website, order emails and everything else are always professional while having fun elements in them (e.g. Agent Louie!).
- Customer service is top notch - any time I've had a question or a problem
- They add new items three times a week, and their range is phenomenal (I'm a huge fan of their exclusive maxi skirts in particular).
- There are regular sales and there's a flash sale every week, which always has some super cheap stuff in it.
