Your service astounds me. I'm so impressed. I looked on the website this morning for a dress for a special event coming up this weekend. I had two dresses in mind and called this morning to get one held for me. I went to Westfield Sydney and tried on the dress in a smaller size than what I normally wear. It wasn't suitable but I had another dress… in mind. The lovely assistant Carmen went above and beyond to give me the second option in my size and it works brilliantly and is perfect for the occasion I have this weekend. I would highly recommend Carla Zampatti Westfield Sydney. I am so impressed

I have been buying Carla Zampatti for years, and have to commend Julia and Debbie at the Robina store for their wonderful service... I have shopped at other branches before, but it’s the service at Robina that has made it my go-to store now. They help you try on everything, give you honest opinions, make sure you know how to wear things properly before you leave the store.. they are so patient and you are never made to feel like you are taking up too much of their time. Gorgeous clothes, but the service is also worthy of a five star experience
