I was referred to JC by a family member who had a great experience and very quickly I was able to agree on the level of service. Kayne was always available to take calls and answer any questions I had, no matter how small or relevant. Although I had some hiccups with my bank and loan provider Kayne was able to assure me he would stay on top of it make any adjustments necessary. I met Kayne face-to-face only briefly, mostly due to the situation we find ourselves in at the moment with most workplaces being remote, but he was able to confidently answer run me through the process and would keep me

Hi had good service from them ,for first few months, Kayne was good.
Unfortunately as my property, house and land ,took nearly 3 years to settlement.
I dealt with numerous people.
I had to chase up vendor to find out when property would be registered.
I informed Just Conveyancing.
Then on day of settlement after numerous phone calls ,I was advised I had been sent adjustments 4 hours before settlement .leaving me no time send funds
Since then I have had emails that a person that has a background in conveyancing would understand. I thought that I paid these people to look after me.???
