David Katte is a Director of BCR and moonlights as the CFO. David joined forces with his father Ray Katte and Robert Hunter to form what is now known as BCR in 1995. A passionate industry advocate, David chaired the former CBFCA and represented the industry during the transition by Australian Border Force to their current system ICS.

I have previously used the services of larger known logistic companies but am not getting the customer service I need. I requested a quote through the BCR website and Kiril promptly called me to discuss my options. Although BCR could not assist me with my needs, Kiril did steer me in the right direction which was very helpful.

When issues were escalated to BCR, the resolutions provided were inadequate, untimely, and incomplete. We sent over 100 emails to BCR raising issues relating to the poor quality of the warehousing services. Overall the customer service is horrible.
When containers arrived, they were unpacked late and we were charged additional fees from our freight company.
