Had the best experience with Dr Carlos! I highly highly recommend this clinic for anyone especially those with a dentist phobia. My filling came out spontaneously after lunch and the team got me in ASAP. Extremely hospitable and very empathetic staff from the receptionist all the way through. They held my hand the whole way through. Seriously the best dental experience I’ve ever had! 🙌🏼🙌🏼🙌🏼

Generally not a big fan of going to the dentist, and was pretty anxious prior to the appointment.
When entering the clinic, I was greeted by a friendly receptionist named Cindy, who made me feel welcome. Dr Carlos and the nurse were also very friendly and informative, taking the time to provide more details on my situation in a helpful and professional manner. This helped me build the courage to commit to a last minute decision of having a tooth removed! Once the procedure was finished, I also received a pretty neat care package.
Any initial fears of going to the dentist are completely valid

This was my first visit today and I saw Carlos the dentist with his dental nurse.I am a phobia patient due to a very bad experience years ago with a dentist which left me traumatised. Today was amazing.Carlos and his nurse were so lovely and sat me down and spoke to me and explained everything and it made me feel so relaxed.I highly recommend Carlos and staff for all your dental work.Also the beautiful soul on the desk named Cindy a true Angel Kind Regards Cherie Roe

I’ve been going to Bluebird Dental for a while now and it is a really great place. Everyone from the dentists to the front desk staff are always very friendly and do such a great job! Dr Sam and Megan are exceptionally knowledgeable and always provide valuable and honest feedback. I highly recommend!!

Friendly family dental practice. Front of house staff and dental practitioners made me feel very comfortable and took the time to explain procedures. Carlos was very gentle and extremely professional conducting my treatment, checking with me throughout that I was doing ok. The clinic is very clean and has a warm, inviting environment. Love the team at Bluebird Dental. Sam and the dental assistants are gentle and happy to explain procedures and decisions; and Cindy and the other girls at reception are friendly and helpful. It’s a little costly sometimes, but really worth it for the outcome and support they provide throughout (I switched to a bulk billing dentist for a few years, but had to come back for the quality of service here).

I looked up Sam Reedy around 10 years ago when another dentist capped my tooth a completely different colour.
Not only did Sam fix my tooth, his knowledge and expertise made me feel like l was in the very best of care.
Although l must travel 45 min to reach Bluebird dental clinic, I do so because Sam’s the best dentist around.
His staff are warm and friendly, and l recently had my teeth cleaned by the sweetest girl.
What a great team !

My first experience at a dentist in 7 years and I couldn’t be happier that I went to Bluebird!! From the moment I walked in my nerves were respected and calmed. Staff engaged in conversation and listened attentively. Every step of the process was clearly explained and politely checked if I understood. The consult was very thorough and I appreciated being taken through the results. All costs were explained and I feel very calm to come back and have my treatment plan actioned. Thank you for understanding and making the dentist less scary again.

I've recently started going to Bluebird Dental, and am very happy with my experience. I saw Dr. Carlos for some dental work and Megan for a hygienist check & clean. What I really loved is their friendliness, care and A++ communication through the appointment. I was nervous but both were very gentle and I barely felt anything. The ladies at reception are also really lovely. The clinic is bright and uses innovative technology, and the bill came out to be very affordable. Thanks for helping me with my dental care.
