Black & White Home Services is an Australian, family-owned company, founded in 1985 as a lawn mowing service. By 1990 however, the company had expanded to be able to offer garden care, as well as internal and external cleaning, and window and carpet cleaning services. Affordable Home Services was established in 1995 and grew to become a leading house cleaning service in Brisbane and the surrounding areas.
By 1999 the company had 11 mobile units in the community and an extensive list of satisfied clients. Took money that didn’t belong to you , will not bring the money back only to offer $40 off the next clean? No not welcome back in our property. Terrible clean half cleaned the mirrors, still marks everywhere. Argumentative we have you time stamped in camera being on site for 70 of the 90 minutes you where meant to clean

Terrible the carpet cleaning machine leaked all over our carpet and has left a damp smell in house 6 months later. A lamp was damaged although denied they had anything to do with it. This is the company Blue Care have chosen for their sick & elderly clients who are not given any other choice of a cleaning company. The government needs to look into these Age Care providers as Blue Care don't have good reviews either like Black and White..........The so called carpet machine certainly did leak all over the carpet in my mothers room, our friend who laid this carpet can also verify this as we called

THEY CHARGE 2-3x WHAT OTHER COMPANIES CHARGE. Don’t get ripped off, use another company.
Our rental agent forced us to use these guys, we weren’t given a quote and weren’t contacted about a price until after the job had been done. They sent us a bill of $725 for a tiny 2 bedroom apartment that was already clean except for an oven and a shower. Other companies charge $250-350 for that amount of work.
The cleaners said the job took 16 hours of work! For a tiny apartment that always got good inspection feedback for cleanliness! 5-6 hours is normal for a job of this size, according to other

Went through groupon:
They did a spray which only took 10 minutes (which is odd because usually when I get a home pest service it takes 1 hour).
I quickly got cockroaches back in a week.
They were extremely difficult to rebook then ultimately told me no because I run a business on site.
The said business on site is a seperate granny flat shed away from the house (which we didn't need sprayed) and told me because I had MY PET dog in a secured area they couldn't spray it (even though I let him in to spray).
Worst experience, don't recommend.

Had them done pest control on 2/12/16 and before I booked the service, I email and called them to confirm that the service could kill ants and spiders. Not even one month after the service, I saw ants inside my house(kitchen, living room), and a big spider in my living room. On 29/1/17, I found one red and black spider in my toilet and a baby spider in my baby's room.
Sent email to them and they asked for my address, said they got to check their system and see what service I had.
After that day, I got no response from them anymore. Got to call other company for pest control again.
