My House Property Services was established in 1996 by Kathy Clancy-Lowe and today is one of WA's leading boutique conveyancing and settlement companies. Our clients include first home buyers, multiple home owners, first time property developers through to seasoned investors buying or selling in Perth.

I cannot recommend this settlement agent enough. I sold my house and bought a new one and both times I was amazed by their excellent professionalism. My settlement wasn't easy because it was extremely short but Kathy got everything ready on time, communicated with all the parties involved and made it happen. It was an excellent stress free experience.

Unfortunately I would not recommend using My House Property Settlements. Although they were paid to act on our behalf during the settlement of our property it never felt like this was the case. We were not kept up to date on progress when settlement was delayed. We found the communication was mainly initiated by us and when it was My House Property Settlements did not seem on top of the case matter. Overall it was not a good experience and I would advise against using them as a settlement agent.
