John's career included the incorporation of Gawler as a municipality, appointment as the Town Clerk of Gawler, and appointment as a Stipendiary Magistrate when the Gawler Courthouse opened. The South Australian Banking Company opened its office at 25 Murray Street, Gawler which becomes the home of Rudall & Rudall in 1928.

We offer all our clients options when it comes to pricing our services and payment options. Lawyers typically measure themselves (and price their services) based upon time. However, we can often provide Fixed Fees so that you have the certainty of an agreed budget. Where price certainty is important, we can provide Fixed Fee or Milestone Pricing arrangements where we fix our fees for an agreed scope of work.

Customer relations is terrible. No return phone calls or emails. Lawyers are hopeless. I was told misleading information on my property settlement. I will not be referring people to them.

Don’t not recommend!!
They do not communicate with one another accordingly & leave you out of the loop. Which causes more issues for you to follow up.
They look at you more as a figure then a human. I’m not happy with the service I’ve had from this company.

Our company uses Rudall and Rudall for all our business agreements, succession planning advice and legal issues that come up over time. We also regularly refer our clients on to the team to ensure there estate planning wishes are met as well as making sure they have agreements in place to protect there businesses. We always get professional and timely advice from Nick and the team and trust them to look after our clients.

Very disappointed with the service i received, was charged more then first quoted when i tried contacting the lawyer to find out why he was always to busy to call back so i never got a answer!!! How unprofessional! Next time i need legal advice i'll go elsewhere! Not at all impressed.
