Car was stranded after some exhaust bolts fell of during a relaxing drive around the back country. Windsor towing got someone out to accommodate my low(ish) car within the hour and got me out to an exhaust centre to get it fixed. Fair pricing as well. Terry was an amazing driver and was friendly and cheerful. Would absolutely recommend them to anyone who needs a tow in the area.

Jim has been driving trucks since 1964 and knows the area like the back of his hand. I was in a sticky situation up in Mt Wilson but Jim and his tow truck had no problems picking me up. Plus 1 for the history tour on the way back down the mountain to Windsor. Service is friendly and price is reasonable. Thanks mate!

The NRMA booked this service for me when my car broke down, but I was so impressed by the service. The driver, Jack, was really quick to the scene and so kind to me. He kept me calm after what could've been a very serious accident (luckily it wasn't) and waited with me for my boyfriend to pick me up. Even though he was on his way home when he picked up the job, he happily went two hours out of his way to provide a great service. Thank you, Jack!

Just had Windsor Tow move my wreck. They were not super punctual (fair enough) because of being called out to another emergency but they were the best value by far.
Other reviews seem to say that they are gruff on the phone but maybe that's just their phone manner? They were nice enough to me and even tried to spell my name correctly and considering the price which for me was a serious issue they looked after me and did a good job.
Give them a ring for a quote. Old mate seems to be right on top of the phone (helpful and honest) and the drivers are genuine Aussie gents.

Organised To pick up my vehicle, they young lady who answered the phone was very helpful and polite. She went above and beyond to help me and was very nice. She knew exactly what she was talking about and gave me all the right advice. She was unsure of one thing, so she put me on hold to ask who I assumed was her boss. I could hear in the back ground a lady yelling at her with such a rude and disrespectful tone. This lady is meant to be her boss! I couldn't believe how unpolite and blantely rude to this poor young girl who was just trying to help a paying customer. After she was finished being
