The most professional and excellent towing company affordable and helpful I have ever dealt with!!!
My truck broke down in Newcastle Sunday morning I contacted Barry and he send a towing in no time.
He offered me a great deal and the driver secured the truck professionally.
brought it back to Sydney after stoping to complete the delivery.
I don't know what I would have done without them.
I would recommend them to everyone.!!!

Looking at past reviews it seems the customer service is poor. I was driving on the m4 and a driver with the number plates 123GRS sped up when i was merging left for my exit on the way to work. I was blocked in front and back and he just wouldn't let me in. Almost caused an accident. Once the cars behind me merged right i had to slow 30kms below the speed limit to get in just making my exit. Won't ever be using this service.

I just called to get a quote to pickup my car, given early Sunday morning i know....however if you are going to advertise as 24 hour service, you'll receive calls at odd times as you've advertised. Sarcastically thanking me for waking him up, buddy that's just poor customer service. Don't advertise a service if that's not what you do

I have used this service and the driver was rude and seemed like I was putting him out by asking him to do his job of towing my vehicle. Since then I have noticed them around parking accross roads and driveways blocking exits and entrances. I would recommend a different company just based on their customer service levels.
