Tenants pls try to avoid renting from Seven agent. Dennis and his team are unethical. Trying to get all of your bonds when you leave. They will blame all the pre existing damage to you. They will give you an all clean sheet for you to sign before you rent to indemnify their responsibility. Then it is a trap because you may not be able to identify all the defects. Then you will be ripped when you leave because they will blame you everything.

This post is purely based on Dennis as I have nothing to say about the rest of the team. Very unprofessional in the way of handling a phone call to deal with future tenants moving in with lazy and poor communication skills with absolutely no professionalism shown in the way that a real estate agent should be, followed by a lack of any type of sympathy a normal human being should have.
