Have been going there for while. The customer service is very average as they are very busy, run around and serve 10 customers at a time. Since the prices went up 20 - 30% this year unfortunately I don't think I will be coming back. They only have one trained hairdresser who cuts, Ronda the owner, so if she is occupied you just sit and wait. Once I waited an extra 50 minites to get a cut and blow-dry after my colour as she prioritised other walk-ins who were in a "hurry".
The price increased but the customer service decreased 😐

I'm sorry this place was so rundown. They were not cleaning the hair brushes between clients. There was a whole tub of them and they had So much hair in each of them. They used them on my hair. I had gotten highlights. They had originally had 1 lady working on my hair then another lady joined. Originally lady highlighted from forehead to the back of my head and the other lady did the left and right sides. I can understand why they did this, to save time. However both of their techniques were different. End result: the lady who did the highlights on my sides were much chunkier, and I mean noticeably

Ronda and her staff are professionals. They are the only hairdressers i could find to make my hair a perfect and vibrant red. Their prices are extremely fair and the service is 5 star. I recommend to anyone as they can do blonds and reds as well as all other styles. They also have waxing and lasering services available.

I honestly could not be happier with the job Ronda and the girls have done. What a fantastic experience! I absolutely love the colour and foils created for me and as someone who's super picky about who does my hair, I'm so glad I went to this salon. Will definitely be a return customer from now on. Thank you so much ladies.

The staff was very friendly but not fake, helpful and attentive! Viv was my hairdresser at the time and gave me the best blow dry I have had in a long time. You can tell management is good to her staff because of the respect they show towards her!! I have found my new hairdresser… thanks ladies xx

I asked Ronda which haircut would suit me the best and she decided on a multi-layered short hair and I am IMPRESSED. The haircut suited my face to the extreme and it just looked...perfect!! The blow-dry was also amazing; making my multi-layered hair to curl up beautifully.

This was my first visit at Rhondas. I felt welcomed from the moment i walked in by all the friendly staff, Rhonda foiled my hair and toned it to my desired colour PERFECTLY ! My blow dry was also amazing! At one point i had 3 girls blow drying my hair because they knew i had to be somewhere by a specific time, all hands on board then finished iff by Rhonda. This salon is friendly, inviting & accommodating. I will definitely be back. Oh and before i forget! The prices are much more affordable compared to other salons. Keep up the great work team!

Ronda is such a beautiful soul. I had an amazing experience here very friendly team, good prices, professional and very fast. Loved their work.

Do not waste your money here.
Outdated foil technique. Thick foils is all they know how to do. Uneven. No blending of colours for highlights. $400 and two sessions later still orange, brassy, uneven and patchy thick foils.
Customer service is a whole nother issue. I, along with all the other PAYING CUSTOMERS need to blow dry our own hair! And you also need to work and pass the hairdresser the foils one at a time.
You know, this is the first time i knew you had to pay for a service and also join the team to work too.
So if anyone is looking for a side job, and paying for terrible foil and bleach

I called in early morning spontaneously to see if I can do a walk-in, the lady was very accommodating and immediately fixed an appointment for me in the next 15 mins. I got a wash, steam treatment, style cut and blow dry. Totally satisfied with the results. I loved the atmosphere, very friendly and welcoming. Durriyah cut my hair and she did a wonderful job. Highly recommend to everyone and reasonable price too.
