UnderCtrl has been looking after our systems for more than 5 years. It's great to have someone who's available, responsive, and really understands our business needs. Our server hard drive died at 4pm on the Thursday. Thanks to UnderCtrl's very efficient backup procedures the server was operational by 7 am Friday morning ready for business.
