Established in 1997, Insulvac Sydney has been leading providers of attic, roof space & cavity cleaning and insulation solutions for residential, commercial and industrial roof spaces & attics, cavities in Sydney. We work with builders, pest controllers, air conditioner installers, sound-proofers, demolition teams and individuals.
I engaged Insulvac (Gavin and his team) to vacuum the roof cavity which had layers of more than 40 years of dust. The team did a fantastic job and installed insulation. The team and the young lady in the office was very efficient and was prompt in their service. I strongly recommend them for the cleaning of roof cavity.

Great service from Delphine from first contact. Quoting was prompt and pricing reasonable. On the day of our roof space cleaning, Ray was polite and his work was excellent. After seeing how big the job was and the equipment they use I feel ridiculous for even considering doing it myself. I recommend their services and use again in the future

Gavin organised James and the team to vacuum and insulate the entire roof cavity. They were prompt, polite and friendly and were 100% on the work to be done. They left the site clean and tidy. Highly recommend these guys for anyone wanting to have their roof cavity cleaned and insulated. Thanks guys for a job well done.

Insulvac from my experience were very professional from my first phone call with Delphine who could not have been more helpful and looked after me the entire job. The Manager Gavin looked after the job & spoke to me personally. His team of workmen were very hard workers & just the nicest group of tradesmen I have had at my house. They all were interested in the job and cared about the fact that I had problems with the old insulation in my roof and needed it removed urgently and Gavin booked me in within a couple of days.

Gavin and his team did a terrific job of removing the old insulation, cleaning under the roof and installing new insulation in our family home. They took out 20 bags of rubbish (see pictures of the old yellow and pink insulations as well as debris under the roof), cleaned under the roof, patched the sarkings and put new R4.0 Earthwool insulation (see pictures of the brown insulation afterwards). They also installed an Airomatic to improve ventilation under the roof. They ensured the new insulation was well put so it is really effective and cleaned after themselves.
