I am updating my former review. I need to say ,first of all that the ladies that answer the phone are wonderful and in my opinion,very professional. The first cleaning lady was exceptional, unfortunately owing to ill health she need to cut down her hours. From then on the company went down hill. There is no communication between staff members re phone calls, emails or requests from clients.

I have been really impressed with the service that Maid My Day has provided. The initial phone call was very detailed and ran me through exactly what would be covered by the cleaner. I promptly received the proposal and regularly receive emails and text messages asking for feedback and to inform me of any changes to my service. I think this is great feature as the last cleaning company I was with never asked for feedback or followed up after the job was complete.

Unreliable and disappointing . I am in the MELBOURNE metro area and was excited to start our fortnightly cleaning with Maid My Day. Initial booking went smoothly but our cleaner was changed the day before and the clean was average. Areas of the floor looked like they hadn’t been mopped but was willing to give them a second chance after being told our regular cleaner will start with us next fortnight. 2 weeks later I still hadn’t heard anything to confirm our second fortnightly clean. After reaching out the day before, I was told that they didn’t have a cleaner available for our clean! I waited

I have been using the services of Maid My Day for several years and have found their service to be top notch! The cleaners are always on time and do an amazing job. I come home to an apartment that is like walking into a luxury hotel each time. If I need to change the services I require each week, I can always get in touch with the team and my queries are attended to promptly. I couldn’t recommend them more highly.
