In the event we don't deliver on our promise or you feel we have missed a step in our process, then your management fees for the calendar month will be REIMBURSED IN FULL (and there will be no raised eyebrows from our end!) We understand the importance of being kept up to date with ALL the different aspects of your property.
Moving is stressful. You're packing up your entire life and shifting it to your new home. The last thing you need after a long day of organising removalists and supervising cleaners is to arrive at your new house only to find the power hasn't been connected. H & H Move-Me-In is your one-stop-shop to organising your move.
You can do this by filling out a maintenance request. Alternatively, you're welcome to send your property manager a direct email or another form of written communication. If possible, sending photos helps us address the issue faster. Pipes don't always burst between 9-5 on a weekday. That's why we have a list of tradespeople you can contact should an emergency happen outside our office hours.

Where do I start. I would say the communication was dissapointing, but in fact it has been completely non existent. On end of lease I used the cleaners recommended by Hutton & Hutton, then emailed the agent to confirm the keys had been returned by cleaners on day of lease end - with no response. I get a text the next day saying keys weren't returned. So immediately text back saying cleaners had returned please check and come back so I can chase the cleaners. Shock horror no response. I follow up text again next day. No response. I have now emailed 4 staff at Hutton asking for an update - no response

A very negative experience as tenants with H&H.
9 months into our 12 month rental contract we were advised the owners wanted to sell. We made an offer on the property which the sales agent was quite dismissive about - only to then receive a text weeks later asking us if we wanted to buy it.
During inspections the sales agent was very bothered with our pet dog, and made unreasonable requests that ourselves and our dog leave our home during inspections (two times a week including mid hours of the day during the work week). She also contacted me frequently about the property rather than asking the

I went to check out a rental after receiving a confirmation text message from the agent. The agent did not show nor communicate that they would not appear. Wasted my time and the time of everyone else that came to check out the property. Based on this experience I would be leery of trusting my business with them.

Terrible property managers. Terrible communication. Unresponsive, and unhelpful. They sweet-talked my mum into managing her property and tenants have gotten in touch with a huge list of complaints. And they are one of the more expensive property managers.

How easy was that
Allie was amazing, professional and friendly. This was the first time I had sold a house, Allie had excellent suggestions, if there was a problem or an issue, she provide contacts who could assist, this made the process much easier that I thought.
Allie kept me up to date on the outcomes of opens, phone calls and statistics on web views, both on the phone and emails. I felt fully engaged in the sale process and Allie would always return my calls.
I have no doubt her hard work on promoting my house, was why there was an offer prior to auction.

We rented through Hutton and Hutton for about two years. In that time we have had fairly consistently negative interactions. I would strongly caution any prospective tenant against renting through H&H.
Throughout our tenancy H&H had no capacity to handle the owners of our property who took it upon themselves to never approve maintenance requests for reasonable things like removing mold that appeared from lack of ventilation in the bathroom. The owners were, however, quite happy to be on site to cut down every tree on the property after H&H assured us they were just going to be pruned.
