Drove over an hour on my birthday to inspect a rental property only to find out it had been leased. Wasted my whole Saturday morning because they failed to communicate with anyone interested in the property. I emailed them 2 days prior asking how to apply for the home as there was only inspection details on and received no reply. Poor business skills and lack of consideration. Will not be looking at their properties in the future.
