The rooms could’ve been cleaned much better, there were also a lot of faulty and dangerous items and things that didn’t work. The pictures were quite deceiving to what we actually got. The provided facilities were pretty good as they included a kettle, fridge, oven, microwave, stove top, big tv and dishwasher. The location was great, 30 second walk to the beach. They don’t tell you that you are limited to half a gigobite of internet per day which is hardly anything. Some good activities were available to keep us all entertained, these included of the tennis court, gym, complimentary use of

We just stayed here last week, it was clean although quite dated, the parking garage was a tight fit and the elevator doors closed on my friends child's head, although he wasn't hurt when we mentioned the incident to staff, they didn't seem concerned at all..... the price we paid for the week was definitely was not worth it in my opinion!

Hey. I left this complex this morning after a 3-night stay. I paid a fair price for the unit I was using, more on the expensive range.
However, the service provided was not up to standard. The unit was quite dirty, especially below the bed and on top of the fridge. Additionally, they had a tradie making noise the entire day on Saturday despite my noise complaint. They did apologise for the inconvenience but refused to send the tradie away which basically eliminated my chances to relax most of Saturday.
Additionally, I didn't see a single smoke alarms in the unit nor the in the floor where I was

My partner booked a room on level 6, and we loved our stay. We only stayed for one night but wish we could have stayed longer. The apartment was clean, tidy and had everything we needed. It’s close to everything you need. The facilities are great, the pool was nice and clean and the view from our balcony was amazing.
The only thing is I had to rely on little bushells satchel of coffee and it tasted really terrible 😜.
Will definitely be re-booking.

Good location, has pool, spa, gym, tennis court and a sauna. Is a bit tired but reasonably clean.
Is an older place with all rooms with at least full ocean views or partial side-on ocean views.
Is a bit musky smelling with Room 9 very musky and mouldy smelling. Ended up buying some No More Vac to reduce smell plus removed cushions from lounge and rug under TV table due to smell.
Otherwise a decent sort of place.

The perfect apartment for a nice little beach getaway! Location is great as it’s walkable to most bars and restaurants nearby. We had a lovely ocean view from our balcony and enjoyed using all the facilities (the heated spa and tennis court were especially good!) Would 100% stay again. Great value for money too!

My wife and I had an 11 day stay on floor 10. The 2 bedroom, self contained unit had an excellent view both ways of the beach and coastline. Spacious rooms, with up to date appliances, including TV in the main bedroom. Main bedroom also had ensuite and walk in robe.
Walking distance to shops, Coolum Surf Club, dining establishments and beach access. Bombay Bliss restaurant located within the building. Pool was clean and clear. Generous secure parking space provided.
Staff were very friendly and helpful. Special thanks to Denise for ensuring a great stay.
Definitely will be coming back.
