Renting through this realestate has been a breeze. We are always given plenty of notice for bills and inspections, and maintenance tasks are always addressed within appropriate time. Our property manager Jo-Anne was also incredibly understanding and flexible with the signing of our lease as my partner and I struggled to find a time we would both be available.
Nothing is too much of a problem for this realestate which makes it drastically less stressful than other agencies.

What can I say?...The time's passing by and Cherrie is still the same as she was a year and half ago when she started on our property. She has not spoil a thing, she still is a perfect listener and a person willing to tackle property issues in a best possible way, she is not afraid of complicity of her job and she does (yes yes!) she still does things in a proper and a timely manner!
