This was the blend used to win the South Australia Barista Competition 2010; and placed 1st runner up in the National Thailand Barista Competition 2010. A blend of Sumatran and PNG specialty coffee beans with a dash of Yirgacheffe to add the highlight. Profile: Initial floral off the grinder becomes bold and earthy in the cup with sweetness and berries in the finish.
Fiefy is the trainer whose passion for coffee was ignited years ago. She has continually strived to improve her technical skills and coffee knowledge and is a self-confessed competition junkie, testing herself as a barista and latte artist in Australia, Thailand, Germany and UK.
The course focuses on coffee processing, cupping and barista skills such as shot extraction, texturing milk, tamping, dosing and grinding adjustment, brewed coffee principles, espresso equipments (machine and grinder), understanding your coffee (freshness, etc), milk steaming and texturing, drink building and menu.

Coffee was great and the barista was so nice. My friend and I had little understanding about a specific menu and he explained it throughly. He also gave us another cup of coffee just in case our selection of menu was not a best option. But all three including latte, piccolo and one another taste amazing!! Should definitey check out.
