Critical: Professionalism, Punctuality, Quality, Responsiveness
DO NOT BOOK WITH THIS COMPANY. If I could give 0/5 stars I would. I booked well in advance and even confirmed with them the day before. However, on the day agreed they did not arrive at all. I had to call them to confirm that they were on their way and they stated that they would be 1 hr late and they did not even arrive.

My previous review seems to have been removed. I had massive dramas with them in 2013 and had to get a TV current affairs show and Fair Trading involved when they refused to give me my property after my wife's purse had mysteriously 'vanished' during the move and we were about to get Police involved. (It later turned up stuffed into the top of a box we had packed weeks before - money missing!) We were threatened and intimidated and nearly run down by a car belonging to one of his dodgy mates. An 8km move ended up costing me thousands because my property was held to ransom in a storage facility
