Damaged a washing machine and refused to take responsibility for the damage. Fair trade were in contact with them, but they have not been answering any of our calls. Plenty of good reviews so we went with them, but those good reviews must not have had any damages for them to take responsibility for... now we are stuck with a damaged washing machine that we need to replace out of our own pocket... BE WARNED
