We arrived about 4pm to find they had cancelled our booking. They said they tried ringing. We later realised they rang when we were out of range and didn’t leave a message. Then they tried to charge our credit card the full room rate before we got there. Lucky that didn’t work for some reason. The room was average. Aircon below standard. Needed a good scrub.

We stayed for two nights during school holidays and did not face any issues except for some noisy neighbours as all the rooms were fully booked. The room was a bit old but cleaning was top notch.
The gas barbeque is very useful. The location is central with only two minutes drive to city centre and restaurants.

It has been a great experience overall. There is sufficient parking space and fairly accessible. The room is neat and fresh with relatively modern shower facility. There are a variety of choices for breakfast that is delivered to your room. And although I arrived late at night, I was still able to check in with no issues. All of this is topped with excellent customer service! I will definitely come again!
