Tripcony Quays Apartments have one of the best waterfront positions available in Caloundra on the Sunshine Coast. Located on the Pumicestone Passage, our 3 bedroom holiday apartments have beautiful views over Bribie Island, Pumicestone Passage and the Glasshouse Mountains. We also have 2 bedroom holiday apartments with water views from most of the balconies and rooftop areas.

Enjoy the short, easy stroll along the Esplanade that takes you to a choice of restaurants, shops, the Boardwalk and family-friendly and safe swimming beaches. All of our Holiday Apartments have full kitchens with cutlery, crockery and cookware so that you can prepare your own meals.

Most of our apartments have beautiful views over Bribie Island and the Glasshouse Mountains. Our top floor apartments have roof access with stunning Ocean and Glasshouse Mountains views. Whether you're traveling alone or with company, one of our rooms is definitely tailored for your needs. All rooms are equipped with the necessary amenities - a dishwasher, air conditioning, linen and free wifi.

Location Report

Bulcock Beach is one of Caloundra's most family-friendly and relaxed beaches. The boardwalk spans most of the coastline in full view of the sparkling ocean that leads into Pumicestone Passage. Tripcony Quays Holiday Apartments are located on the bend of the Pumistone Passage between Bulcock Beach and Golden Beach.

I would recommend this place The managers are awesome they try to accommodate you in any way they can. Clean and tidy apartments. Walking distance to shops cafes and beach. 👍👍👍👍👍

We keep coming back because of the lovely apartment and friendly managers. We als like this place because of the individual garages allow for storage, the private jetty is a lovely spot and we can walk to everything we need. Bonus that the bream were hungry! Can't wait to come back.

We stayed just over 2 weeks here over the New Year, we stay in Caloundra this time every year and this was our first at Tripcony Quays. We loved it so much we booked another holiday for end of year on the spot on our first day. Beautiful apartments and the managers are lovely, friendly and helpful. Highly recommend staying here xx

1. Return $100 Security within 24 hrs of departure , I am waiting already 11 days after departure (of pre-paid accommodation) only after contacting them will manager follow up, Not good! 2. Only 1 small airco unit stuck in the dining area corner, simply not sufficient

We stayed for a weekend and have only good things to say. We could walk to the beach, had water views, a private roof top, the place was clean and well looked after. The onsite managers obviously look after the place really well and were super friendly. We would definitely go back again

Great spot, close to everything and walk into main street is 5 min, our apartment was spacious, clean and modern and there was nothing we needed to bring

Great location with good fishing at the front. Room looks good but beds very average mine was even nearly falling apart. Lounge was hard and dirty, tile floors greasy and DVD player not working.

The service was quite nice and the view was amazing all round. The rooms had very nice and cozy feels to them and a perfect fishing point for anyone to use.

The views were great, But there was also Negative sides , for a family of 3 females and plus myself 4 in total , We had only one small bar of soap to share , Half a roll of toilet paper , hence we had to buy our own ! When I told him about it manager Jim just Shrugged it off , Saying it was common in all units ! We had no bathroom light and… another light as bulbs needed replacement .. That was fine if Jim the management would have Knocked on the door before coming into our unit to replace them , which would have been a Respectable thing to do Knock before entering.., we payed for the unit

We've been coming here for 13 years to the same unit. The place has slowly and surely gone downhill from lack of maintenance. Very sad. It's in a great spot.

Excellent accommodation on a budget. Stayed 2 nights in a top floor 3 bedroom apartment with no problems. Rooftop area was great!

Stayed here in June 2016. Very friendly staff make your feel very welcome.
