We rented the penthouse (one of two)on the 6th and top floor the location is fantastic across the road from a park with things for kids to do and the beach is next to that the town centre is not too far a walk and a good stroll along the boardwalk to kings beach all within reach and although it was busy during the day we saw wind surfers paddle boarders and even some people land on the beach by parachute at night it was a quiet spot and from our balcony we saw a couple of cruise ships sail past all lit up.

*Fridge broke, had to resort to buying ice and using eskies
*Beds hard as bricks
*Pillows like bricks
*Limited bedding
*dryer filter and roller caked in lint, well overdue a clean.
*Squeaky external louver over bedroom window keeps you up all night

Great location, have stayed previously and really happy however my last stay I was not very impressed. I stayed in room 15 "Penthouse" kitchen was poorly equipped no toiletries supplied. Rooftop was unusable as only an old table and worn out old brittle plastic chairs. (Rooftop was the main reason for booking penthouse) I was happy with management until I reported theses issues.
