Chef Philippe Lebreux will cook for you in a convivial atmosphere & the front of house team will make you feel welcome and at ease in this quaint little bistro. For the first time in 34 years, Chef Philippe is bringing your favourite meals straight to your dining table, takeaway now available! Take the first bite, close your eyes, and be transported to old world France with classic and traditional French cuisine that dances on the palate and caresses the soul.
Services
An excellent menu thoughtfully prepared by the chef Philippe Lebreux, matched by a very good wine list, carefully selected by David Reberger, and good company, all contributed to a successful day. On arrival, while catching up with members and friends, a glass of Piper Heidsieck Brut NV, was served, well appreciated by all of us.

FANTASTIC meal! Biggest steak I have ever seen. BYOB. Incredible desserts. Our new favourite local and highly recommend. Can’t wait to go back.

In the evening, the bistro serves high quality, rustic French cuisine. Bring your own bottle with no corkage. Highly commendable and will definitely go again.

It isn't licensed and you don't have to pay corkage on the alcohol you take. Good food, quite large portions, good service. It isn't cheap - we paid cΒ£50 p.p. ( we had steak )

Quirky bistro serving a variety of delicious meals. Good ambiance and fabulous owner with a great sense of humour. Only minor downside is they have no alcohol licence, but you can bring your own wine, which they will serve for you without corkage charges. Recommended πŸ‘πŸ‘

First time I've been here and it was fabulous. I went with 5 friends and we all had a wonderful meal. It's BYO and there's no corkage. The staff were lovely and friendly. Four of us had the seabass special (in photo) which was so lovely. The menu has something for everyone. It was packed too and a great atmosphere.

Really friendly and attentive service, and consistently tasty food at a reasonable price. Honest and homely food, cooked really well with good portion sizes, which make for a nice little local taste of France.

Wonderful lunch with old friends. Reminded me very much of my favourite bistro in the 2ieme arrondissement, only better. No license so bring your own wine but make sure it is good enough to match the food.

Absolutely outstanding.... Best restaurant in Sidcup by a mile.... Terrific, friendly and funny service from Pascal and his son.
Food is so authentic and delicious- every course was great...I had the steak and partner had salmon and prawn. Both done perfectly. Dessert was awesome.
Also byo drinks which was a nice unexpected surprise.
Highly highly recommend.
Lastly they are dog friendly with my Labrador joining us out the front terrace.
Thank you for a terrific experience from start to finish.

We had a fantastic brunch here for my birthday. So came back for an evening meal.
Absolutely superb food, staff are really friendly and whitty πŸ™‚.
Main meals are LARGE so make sure you are hungry. We were invited to have 2 starters instead of a main, they are so versatile.
Definitely be back again and again.
Thank you guys πŸ‘πŸ‘
