I had some enquiries to make and received excellent service all around. I also want to note that I called on a day when the showroom was closed thinking that I would leave my details to arrange a test drive and instead of simply leaving a message, my call was diverted to a mobile phone... Martin Jonkers himself. I have to say, that's genuinely dedicated service which I appreciate wholeheartedly. It doesn't get any better than that.

We spent just under 3k for a major service (the major is somewhat misleading because out of 34 items listed only 4 items were replaced with the other 30 being inspected only), replaced two front callipers and rotors and conducted requested diagnosis and recommendations. For this work it took the team longer than the quoted time with the mechanics talking our car from Thursday and having it completed the following Monday afternoon and although we were patient (though it's not the first time with the same excuse being "we're having trouble getting parts from Melbourne because of covid pfft) we have

Fantastic service all around from Jarid and the team at Martin Jonkers. I've been in a few times for scheduled services and a post-warranty issue that they were more than happy to sort out for me. The service has always been friendly, thorough and on-point. The showroom is neat and tidy as is the workshop. Service is quickly performed to a high level without any fuss. I was in the market for a brand new sr5 Hilux.
This afternoon I walked into the showroom meet with a very friendly sales person and we discussed what I was after. We discussed the price and the possibility of getting a deal.
After the sales person came back from his manager stating his manager wouldn’t budge on price and calling me a liar, and this coming after they asked me whether I had quotes elsewhere which I confirmed with prices.
The manager cam out shouted me down and berated me in front of his staff. I mean this guy would not let me speak and down right bullied me. I still can’t
