I called the landline number listed on google and the call centre lady was quite abrupt and rude. I had no idea who I needed to speak with about my request, and as I was trying to explain it to her she responded with "I'm in a call centre in Nundah, I can't do anything for you" and then passed me on to someone in another department. I then spoke to another lady in a different department that the first lady transferred me through to, once again tried to explain my enquiry and was once again given a short, snippy answer telling me to email my request. I think this is extremely disrespectful and unprofessional

Thanks to Josh I am driving about in a fantastic new (to me!) Pajero Sport! Purchased a Toyota Land-cruiser from used car at Norris Oct 2020, with extended Warranty. Initially there were issues where it took some time to get things repaired but I was always provided with a car by used car Salesman Aymen whilst the car was being attended to. Just this month had a smell of diesel leak and new Service centre Manager Phil provided first class service and communication to keep me updated in the status of repairs under warranty & Aymen provided me with a great Loan car for the 6 days that my car waa being attended to. Would definitely recommend Norris Nundah. I’m sure Phil

We just bought a car from norris motor group last week and were very impressed in how easy and professional it was . Josh was our salesperson and right from the start we felt comfortable and relaxed in all processes of the deal. He wasn't pushy and took the time to explain everything in detail. We had a car that had to come up from Sydney and josh kept us updated continuously until it arrived, organised all extras and had us picking it up two days later. Car is amazing and when wre ready for another one josh will be the first person we'll contact.

My partner recently purchased a car from Josh. He was very informative and explained every step of the process to both of us and made it a very streamline purchase.
The customer care lady Vicky was very pushy and if it wasn't for Josh we would have given a 3 star. I hope this gets back to him as his service was second to none

My partner bought a van from this place. Got the roadworthy checked as had some concerns. There was a split CV boot, hole in exhaust and an oil leak. Luckily it was still under their 1 month ‘up to 1000km warranty’ or the rude salesman would have ignored us. Turns out the heater is also broken, which they refuse to fix. The salesman was also incredibly rude to me, I was asked ‘do I even know how a road worthy works?’ (As how could a woman possibly?) Was told to ‘speak to the company lawyers’ which he refused to give me the details for. I’ll find them elsewhere, selling unsafe cars

I could not recommend Josh and the team from Norris Used Cars highly enough. I recently purchased a 4 month old Mitsubishi Pajero Sport from the team and it was absolutely seamless. Not only was Josh polite and informative there was absolutely no hard-sell or pressure applied at any time throughout the sales process from sales to financing to aftercare the entire team were great to deal with and the entire sales process was wrapped up in a matter of days from viewing the vehicle to driving home. We love our new wheels and are extremely grateful to the team for such a great experience.
