I visited Giants bycicle shop in Noosaville a couple of weeks ago and found the young staff very knowledgeable and very helpful. Even when they didn't have a product I wanted, they gave me names of other shops that may stock the product. In the end Jesse was excellent and went above and beyond what one can expect in service these days.
I shall make it a priority to visit their shop first from now on when accessing all bycicle needs.

Took my mountain bike in for a long overdue service. They did a fantastic job of cleaning it up. Fixed the shifters without needing the replace them. Called me to ask whether I wanted something extra changed or not that came up while servicing. Gave me options without trying to oversell new parts or a new bike. Got my super smooth ride back.

Great team and outstanding service. It is important for my Trance Advanced MTB to be reliable on the trails and you can rely on Jesse and the team to make this happen. They offer the right advice and perform top notch servicing. Nothing is ever to much trouble and I would highly recommend Giant Noosa to anyone wanting to buy the right bike or to keep your current bike running like a dream

I’ve been sending my athletes, Aussie and International to Giant Noosa for the last 3 years. I trust Jesse, Mark and Mark to look after them 100%, whether it’s a broken part needing fixing, servicing or just supplies. Two of my own bikes have been completely rebuilt, and lovingly brought back to their full glory. Only the 4th mechanic / shop I’ve trusted with my bikes over the last 20 years. Very happy and fortunate to have found somewhere that can partner with customers to provide the service they are looking for. Well done.
