Owen from Venture Cycles is a legend - on Xmas eve I busted a brake cable for my kids' present from Santa. I called the shop and Owen said he'd fix my problem. At the last minute, he supplied and fitted a brand new brake cable. Christmas was saved! Thanks for the fast and friendly service.

The moment I started speaking with the team at Venture Cycle I felt like I was in great hands. I purchased a new frame for my first build, so I had a million questions. Not only did they answer them all honestly but they provided additional advice which they new would not result in addition sales. They seemed as excited about my build as I was. On top of this was their patience. I thought about this purchase over several days and kept coming back to them with questions; they didn’t seem to mind at all and always had time to speak to me about anything. Great customer service from the Venture Team. As a novice, I was able to walk in, be shown bikes options that suited needs and budget, order a bike that made me feel comfortable knowing my needs were being met. They also managed my expectations with the delivery timeframes in a reduced stock Covid environment, and keep the communication going through the waiting period. Delivery day was a trouble free experience. Highly recommend!

Awesome Service ⭐️ I was attended to straight away on walking into the store ! The guys in the service department put new tubes & tyres on my bike wheels & adjusted my brakes in no time ! They even helped me put my bike back on the roof racks of my Nissan Navara ! Highly recommended ! Cheers Ali
