I have been dealing with this business for more years than I can remember. My jewelry repairs, renovations, remakes, purchases have all been fulfilled with kindness, extremely intricate care and good value. I cannot praise them enough and do to many friends and acquaintances who are all equally impressed and 'relieved' to find them! Great service Rivers Jewellers!

Don't let the dodgy run-down shopping complex they reside in fool you, Rivers Jewelers is a hidden gem (pun intended) and one of the few remaining jewellers who actually do repairs and work on-site they have all of the equipment and tools out the back of the store.
My wife recently lost the stone in her wedding ring (a Ruby) and understandably she was devastated. One of the prongs holding the stone in broke and it wasn't listed on insurance.
On a whim and because they were local, my wife took her ring to them and showed them what the stone looked like. It took about two weeks while they tracked
